About Us
At Songbird Soap, we are inspired by handmade items, and we want to do the same for you with our one-of-a-kind soy and beeswax candles, herbal handmade soaps and other natural products.
Songbird Soaps began in a small kitchen in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina and was inspired through hours of research at the local library where we gained the knowledge of the history, products and beneficial properties of herbal ingredients.
This information led to the first batch of soap, a creation from fresh cow milk. The first testers of Songbird Soaps were family and friends, who provided feedback on improvements.
From the first batch our primary soap maker fell in love with the process and final products.
